摘要
属性集和属性测度理论［１］是一套全新的描述不确定性现象的理论，本文在此基础上建立了群体决策综合评价的属性测度四维阵列模型。
Based on the theory of attribute sets and attribute measure, the model of multi index attribute comprehensive evaluation with group decision making is proposed, and a new way to calculate the index weight is presented.
