摘要
现代营养学证明,营养因素对于动物免疫起着不可忽视的作用。本文主要综述了日粮中脂肪酸,特别是n3和n6不饱和脂肪酸对动物免疫机能的影响以及对动物免疫调节的作用机制。
It has been proved that animal nutrition has a consanguineous relation with animal immunity by modern nutriology. Nutritional factors have important functions on animal immunity. This article summarized the effects of fatty acids, especially n3 and n6 series of polyunsaturated fatty acids in feed stuff on animal immune function. At last the immune modulated mechanism of fatty acids on animal immune function was also discussed in the paper.
