日粮脂肪来源对肉鸡免疫功能的影响 被引量:12

摘要 肉鸡日粮中分别添加7%的猪油、玉米油、亚麻子油和鱼油,检测血清抗SRBC抗体滴度和伴刀豆球蛋白A(conA)、商陆分裂素(PWM)对脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖反应。结果表明,四种脂肪对抗体生成有明显促进作用,其中以鱼油作用更显著;四种脂肪亦可明显促进脾脏淋巴细胞增殖,但脂肪种类对促进淋巴细胞增殖作用差异不大;鱼油可促进肉鸡生长,其余三种脂肪对肉鸡体重影响不大。 Chicks were fed diets that contained 7%of either lard,corn oil,linseed oil,or fish oli.The antibody titers to SRBC were measured,Con A and PWM stimulated proliferation of splenocytes was assessed.Results demonstrated that antibody production was enhanced by the four fats,antibody titers in fish oil fed chicks were higher compared with titers in chicks fed the other fats.the proliferation response to Con A and PWM were higher than contral in chicks fed the four fats,and there were no differences among the four fats.Fat source also affected the body weights of chicks,fish oil could promote growth of chicks remarkably.
