摘要
幂级数分析法是解决晶体管电路非线性问题的一种常用方法,采用这种方法的关键是要求出电路中电压和电流幂级数表达式中的高阶系数。本文提出的计算高阶系数的方法是在晶体管小信号h参数等效电路中引入了反映晶体管特性非线性的附加电源,从而可以很方便的应用线性电路理论来计算高阶系数。文未给出应用实例。
Analytic method of power series is one of the common methods to solve non-linear transistor circuit. The key of this method is to solve the high degree coefficient of the power series expressed the voltage and current in circuit. In this paper the calculation of the high degree coefficient of the transistor circuit is given. According to this method, the additional sources which express the non-linear transistor circuit are introduced into the transistor's H-parameter equivalent circuit, then we can calculate the high degree coefficient by use of linear circuit theory conveniently, Finally, a practical example is given.
