摘要
侦察接收机中的模拟信道由放大器、滤波器及混频器等多级模块构成,每一级模块都在一定程度上存在着非线性失真。假设侦察接收机信道是无记忆的非线性系统,采用幂级数分析法对接收机信道的非线性特性进行了比较系统的理论分析,指出信道的非线性对接收系统造成的交调干扰和互调干扰等危害。提出采取优化系统设计、采用高性能器件、采用平衡放大电路等措施以改善接收机模拟信道线性度。
The analog signal channel of reconnaissance Nonlinearity exists in each module to some extent. The consists of many modules such as amplifiers, filters and mixers receiver signal channel is supposed as memoryless nonlinear system Then by the means of power series, the nonlinear characteristic is deeply analyzed in theory. And the damages of nonlinear distortion, such as intermodulation and cross-modulation interference to receive system are presented. In order to improve the linearity of receiver signal channel, many techniques such as system design optimization, high performance component application, amplifier circuit application, etc. are proposed.
