甲类固态功放的交调分析与仿真 被引量:3

摘要 对各种非线性电路分析方法的使用范围 ,特点作了总结。针对甲类固态功放的弱非线性特性 ,并结合幂级数分析法的特点 ,建立了适合于甲类固态功放交调分析的模型 ,重点考虑了交调分量特性与载波数的联系 ,因此分析的结果更具有实际意义。另外 ,在多载波情况下 ,对高阶交调分量的影响也作了较为详细的分析 ,分析结果和文献中报道的结论有良好的一致性。编制的分析程序具有通用性 ,可用于和甲类固态功放有类似非线性特性的弱非线性电路分析 ,分析结果准确。 This paper gives a detail analysis on the characteristic of the nonlinearity in the power amplifier working in model A.In addition,the paper gives special attention to the problem of the relationship between the number of carriers and the intermodulation product.The simulation result gives a good accordance with the conclusion presented in the documents.
