摘要
目的 :探讨化浊降脂汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机分组 ,化浊降脂汤与血脂康对照 ,观察其降脂疗效及安全性。结果 :治疗组降低血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白作用明显高于对照组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) 。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effection of hyperlipemia treated by Huazhuo Jiangzhi decoction.Method:patients were randomly divided into treatment group treated by Huazhuo Jiangzhi decoction and control group treated by Xuezhi Kang decoction.The clinical effection on decreasing blood-lipid and safety were observed.Results:The effection of decreasing serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the treatment group were superior significantly to that in the control group ( P<0.05 ).Huazhuo Jiangzhi decoction also has no side effect.
