摘要
目的主要观察两组治疗前后证候、血压、血脂的改善情况。方法采用中西医结合治疗高血压病合并混合型高脂血症60例,并与用西医治疗(硝苯地平控释片及降脂药物)的60例进行对照。结果治疗组显效36例,有效22例,无效2例,总有效率96.7%;对照组显效28例,有效21例,无效11例,总有效率81.7%。两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论两组治疗前后证候变化情况比较,P<0.05。
Objective To observe the improved conditions of syndromes, Blood pressure and blood - fat between two groups before and after treatment. Method We applied Chinese - and - Western Medicine in the treatment of 60 cases of hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia, and compared with the other 60 cases treatted with western medicine. Result In the treatment group 36 cases have significant effect, 22 cases have some effect, 2 with little effect. The total effect is 96.7% ; In the control group 28 cases have significant effect, 21 cases have some effect, 11 with little effect. The total effect is 81.7%. Conclusion Significant difference exists between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）.
