摘要
数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)系统的主要研制目的是对武器装备论证和武器装备采办提供分析工具。该系统是包含6个DEA模型和4个线性规划模型在内的通用工具集。介绍了系统的组成、特点、功能以及系统中随机DEA模型和L-R型区间DEA模型算法的基本思路。借助该系统分析了武器装备采购费用的相对有效性。最后简要说明了DEA方法在军事领域的应用前景。
The main purpose of data envelopment analysis(DEA) system is to support the weapon system demonstration and acquisition. The system is a general set of tools which consists of six DEA models and four linear programming models. In this paper the composition,characteristics and main functions of the system are introduced,and the basic arithmetics of the stochastic DEA model and the L-R interval DEA model are presented. Then with the aid of the system,the relative effectiveness of the acquisition cost of weapon systems is analyzed. Finally,the military application prospect the of DEA method is briefly described.
