摘要
装备保障建设规划的有效性分析能保证规划投入与产出指标的合理匹配;在分析规划有效性涵义的基础上,构造了评估装备保障建设方案的规划单元集,并选取了合理的输入输出指标;针对装备保障建设规划多投入多产出的特点,根据数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)理论,将DEA方法应用到装备保障建设规划的有效性分析中,对装备保障建设规划的评估具有重要的应用价值.
Efficiency analysis of equipment support plan can ensure that inputs and outputs of the plan is matching and rational. Based on analysing the meaning of plan efficiency, the paper establishes decision making units for the assessment of equipment support scheme and selects rational targets of inputs and outputs. Since equipment support plan has the characteristics of more inputs and more outputs, according to the theory of data envelopment analysis（DEA）, DEA method is applied to efficiency analysis of equipment support plan. The model of efficiency analysis is valuable for evaluation of equipment support plan.
