摘要 采用BFS心境量表,对南京市区60名60岁以上的,经常参与体育锻炼与不经常参与体育锻炼的老年人进行比较研究,结果表明:经常锻炼的老年人活跃性、愉悦性、平静性、思虑性明显优于不经常锻炼的老年人;而不经常锻炼的老年人思虑性、愤怒性、激动性、无活力性则明显高于经常锻炼的老年人。 A comparative study was conducted of 60 NanJing citizens of 60 years and above, divided into two groups, those who often exercise and those who do not exercise as often. The data show that those who often exercise have much higher scores on the BFS mood state scale than those who do not exercise very often in terms of activity, cheerfulness and peace, and that seniors who do not often exercise receive much higher scores than those who often exercise in terms of worry, irritability, excitability and inactivity.
