摘要
为了解不同运动项目对中学生人格和自我意识的影响,选取羽毛球和健美操为运动干预方式,对112名中学预备年级学生进行了12周的运动干预,采用EPQ和Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表对实验前、后学生进行测量,结果表明,两种运动项目对人格与自我意识的影响不同,羽毛球能够明显改善预备年级学生的神经质,使其情绪稳定;健美操对自我意识总分、智力与学校情况因子和躯体外貌与属性因子有显著影响,羽毛球对自我意识总分及各因子的影响不大。
In order to understand the effect of different sports on the personality and self-consciousness of middle school students,this paper selects badminton and aerobics as the exercising intervenient means and conducts a 12-week exercising intervention among 112 middle school stduents of preparatory level.EPQ and Piers-Harris are employed to test students before and after the experiement.Results show the above two sports have different effects on the personality and self-consciousness.Badminton can markedly improve the nerves of students of preparatory level and stablize their emotions.Aerobics have marked effects on factors of the overall score of self-consciousnesss,intelligence and school situation as well as factors of physical apprearance and quality,while badminton have no insignificant effect on the overall score of self-consciousness and each factor.
