摘要
为探讨健走运动对高校学生心境的影响,将80名健康高校学生随机分成4组,分别按照每周运动2次、3次、4次、6次的频次进行8周的健走运动,以心率控制强度,应用BFS心境量表分别于运动开始之前与运动之后每间隔2周对受试者进行一次问卷调查;结果表明,各组受试者积极性和消极性心境指标初始值之间均无明显差异;通过8周健走运动,受试者积极性指标与消极性指标均优于健走之前,说明健走运动对保山学院学生心境的改善具有良好效果。
In order to explore the effect of walking exercise on the mood of college students, 80healthy college students were randomly divided into 4 groups, and8 weeks of walking exercisewere conducted according to the frequency of 2, 3, 4 and 6 times per week respectively. Ac-cording to the intensity of heart rate control, the BFS mood scale was used to investigate thesubjects every 2 weeks before and after exercise. The results showed that there was no signifi-cant difference between the initial values of positivity and negative mood index in each group.Through 8 weeks walking exercise, the positive index and negative index of subjects were betterthan those before walking, which indicated that walking exercise had a good effect on improvingthe mood of students of Baoshan University.
