摘要 目的 探讨角膜缘移植治疗眼前段化学伤的手术时机、手术技巧。方法  14例 (16眼 )眼前段化学伤分别施行自体或同种异体角膜缘移植。结果 术后 2周 ,12眼角膜上皮形成 ,4眼发生排斥反应。随访 12~ 18月 ,13眼眼表稳定 ,视力提高。结论 角膜缘组织移植可恢复角膜干细胞功能 。 Objective To investigate the surgical opportunity and techniques in limbal transplantation.Methods 16 eyes of 14 patients were performed by pure limbal autograft transplantation or limbal allograft transplantation.Results The corneal surface of 12 eyes were completely epithelialised within 2 weeks.During the following up of 12 to 18 months,there were a stable ocular surface and a improvement in vision in 13 eyes.Conclusion Limbal transplantation is useful in reconstruction of the ocular surface with improvement in vision in patients with severe stem cell deficiency caused by chemical injury.
