摘要
目的 :探讨电针内关对急性心肌缺血家兔延髓中 β EP(β Endorphin ,β内啡肽 )含量的影响。方法 :结扎左冠状动脉前降支造成心肌缺血模型 ,采用放免技术 ,检测电针内关对急性心肌缺血家兔延髓中 β EP含量的影响。结果 :模型组延髓中 β EP含量明显升高 ,电针内关后可使家兔延髓中β EP含量明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :电针内关可以调节脑组织中 β EP的含量 ,改善缺血心肌组织供血 ,这可能是针灸发挥治疗作用的重要机制之一。
To research the effect of electroacupuncture at Neiguan point on the content of β EP in medullary bulb of rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia. Methods: Acute myocardial ischemia models were produced by ligaturing anterior descending branch of left coronary artery. Observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Neiguan point on the content of β EP in medullary bulb of rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia with radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: The content of β EP in medullary bulb increased significantly in model group. After electroacupuncture at Neiguan point, the content of β EP in medullary bulb of rabbits lowered evidently( p <0 05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at Neiguan point can adjust the content of β EP in the brain tissue and improve the blood supply of ischemic myocardium tissue, which may be one of the important mechanisms of acupuncture treatment.
