摘要
用衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)及^(13)C-NMR方法研究了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)在浓硝酸中的反应。发现PEEK在浓硝酸中发生硝化并有轻度的氧化发生,结晶PEEK比无定形PEEK具有更优异的耐腐蚀性。
The reaction of PEEK with concentrated nitric acid was studied by using ATR-FTIR and ^(13)C-NMR spectroscopies. The results show that the nitrification of PEEK occurred. In the FTIR spectra of the samples treated with nitric acid, there exists the obvious absorption of aromatic nitroxyl. A carbonyl with new chemical environment exists as well. We suggest that the nitrification takes place at the active unit of PEEK, which was proved by ~13C-NMR spectra. Carbonyl groups are partially oxidized to become aromatic ester。The nitrification is easier for amorphous PEEK than crystal one.
