摘要
用DSC、X射线衍射和密度梯度法考察了热历史对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)热性能的影响,结果发现:PEEK的T_g随结晶度增加而向高温区移动;在DSC曲线上,结晶了的PEEK的低温冷结晶峰消失,而代之出现双熔融峰,双峰是由PEEK的晶格缺陷产生的。
The influences of heating history on thermal properties of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) are investigated with DSC, X ray diffraction and density gradient method. It is found that the T_g of PEEK shifts toward high temperature zone as its crystallinity increases. On the DSC curve, the low temperature cold-crystallization peak of crystallized PEEK disappeared, instead double melting peaks can be observed, which are caused by crystal defect of PEEK.
