摘要
用衰减全反射(ATR)和反射吸收(RA)红外光谱技术,研究了聚醚矾(PES)和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的紫外光氧化降解反应。结果表明:PES在紫外线照射下明显被氧化,产物中形成大量的羰基和羟基,苯环被破坏生成脂肪链。PEEK也有类似的情况,其共轭的二苯酮结构单元随光照时间增加明显减少,同时有新化学环境的羰基出现,醚或C-O吸收的变化也可看到。
The oxidation and degradation of PES and PEEK in UV-light were studied using ATR-and RA-FTIR techniqes.The results show that serious oxidation of PES UV-irradiated occures and a lot of carbonyl and hydroxyl appear as evidenced by broad absorption in both 1650~1800cm-1 and 3100~3600cm-1. So dose PEEK.The unit of CO of PEEK is broken and the other carbonyls and hydroxyls are observed.The radical mechanisms of photooxi-dation and photodegradation of PES and PEEK are suggested
