摘要 瘦素 (Leptin)是肥胖基因 (obgene)的蛋白表达产物 ,其主要作用是与其受体 (leptinreceptor,orOB R)结合进而减少体脂 ,控制体重和调节机体能量代谢。运动训练可影响obmRNA表达和血Leptin浓度。体脂的改变亦可明显影响肥胖患者的瘦素及瘦素受体水平。 Leptin is a protein product of ob gene.Its main effect, which is mediated by the leptin receptor, is to reduce body fat content, control body weight and regulate energy metabolism.Exercise training can influence expression of obmRNA and density of leptin in plasma. Change of body fat content can influence the level of leptin and leptin receptor in obesity obviously.
