摘要
通过对瘦素的研究分析,了解到瘦素受体广泛存在于下丘脑、肺、肾脏、肌肉和脂肪组织等中。瘦素是由ob基因编码、在脂肪组织合成分泌的蛋白质类激素,含有146个氨基酸,主要功能是调控进食、能量及体重。瘦素和其他激素一样,需要与特异的受体结合才能发挥其生物学作用。总之,瘦素的发现,为进一步研究肥胖的发生机制,以及预防和治疗肥胖开辟了一条崭新的途径。
Through to thin plain researching and analyzing, make us know the thin plain receptor exist in hypothalamus, lung, kidney, muscle, adipose tissue, etc. extensively. It is by ob genetic code, format protein hormone secreted in the adipose tissue to be thin and plain, contain 146 amino acids, it is eaten that the main function is the regulation and control, energy and weight. Thin and plain like other hormone, need to combine and play its biological role with the peculiar receptor. In a word, thin and plain discovery, for further studying the fat emergence mechanism and preventing and treating and opening up a brand-new route fatly.
