在运动训练科学化的今天,教练员的职业与专业面临着高学历、高素质的冲击与挑战,就教练员专业的发展及教练员教育的专业化取向,在理论上提供对策与途径。
In modern days,trainers face high certification and quality's challenge in their profession and spe-ciality.Here I will show you my countermeasure for two questions.One question is the improvement of the trainers' specuality,the other is the tendency of specialization in education.
