摘要
近年来,我国教练员的继续教育工作受到了各级政府部门的高度重视。对于足球教练员来说,继续教育培训不仅是提升自身能力的重要途径,其培训质量和效果更是直接影响到教练员的专业发展。行动学习是一种打破传统学习的固有模式,以学员为主体、以团队为单位、共同解决实践问题的方法。在继续教育培训中引入行动学习方法,通过提问、反思、讨论、合作,可以深化足球教练员对培训理论知识的理解与认识。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,在对现有足球教练员继续培训相关问题的调查基础上,基于行动学习理念,对培训模式的改革与创新开展研究。结果表明:行动学习模式的特征、过程要点与继续教育的培训目标相适应,有利于解决实践问题、促进提高足球教练员的专业水平。
In recent years,the continuing education of coaches in China has received significant attention from various levels of government.For football coaches,continuing education and training are not only crucial avenues for enhancing their own capabilities but also directly impact their professional development in terms of training quality and effectiveness.Action learning,a method that breaks away from traditional learning patterns,places learners at the forefront and encourages teamwork to collectively solve practical problems.Introducing action learning methods into continuing education and training can deepen football coaches understanding and awareness of theoretical knowledge through questioning,reflection,discussion,and collaboration.We employed literature data and logical analysis to investigate existing issues in the continuing training of football coaches and proposed research on training model reform and innovation based on the concept of action learning.The results demonstrate that the characteristics and key processes of action learning align well with the objectives of continuing education,facilitating the resolution of practical problems and promoting the professional proficiency of football coaches.
