摘要
采用数理统计、调查访谈、比较法等科研方法,对重庆市田径教练员人才队伍的现状进行分析,同时将全国田径大奖赛重庆站重庆队进入前8名的成绩与其他部分省市进入前8名的成绩相比较,从中找出差距和存在的问题,并提出建议和解决问题的策略,最终达到提高重庆市田径竞技水平、早日实现重庆市"十一五"规划的目标.
This paper analyses on current condition of track and field coach talent ranks in Chongqing, using data count, investigation and visit, study ways of comparison, and analyzes the grade of first 8 racers＇ of chongqing comparing with those of other provinces＇ relatively, seeks spatial difference and existing problems, and puts forward the suggestions and solution tactics, to improve track and field sports level in Chongqing, and earlier achieve objective of ＂Eleventh Five-yean Plan＂ .
