摘要
针对水泥烧成过程具有强耦合、大时滞、非线性、多变量等特性,在总结操作员经验的基础上,提出了基于专家规则的回转窑窑况的控制方案。通过分析窑况特性以及对操作员经验的总结,得出不同窑况对回转窑烧成带温度的影响,建立相应专家规则,并在线调整烧成带温度设定值。同时,采用模糊控制算法,根据专家经验,通过在线调整PID控制参数来满足系统的非线性要求。试验运行表明,提出的回转窑控制方案对于回转窑烧成过程具有良好的控制效果。
The cement sintering process features strong coupling, large time delay, non-linear and multiple variables, in accordance with these conditions and on the basis of summarizing experiences of operators, the control strategy of establishing expert rules and obtaining kiln status is proposed. Through analyzing the characteristics of kiln status and summarizing the experiences of operators, the influence of different kiln status on the temperature of the burning zone is obtained, thus the expert rules are established to online adjust the set point of the temperature of burning zone. In addition, by using fuzzy control algorithm, PID control parameters are adjusted online in accordance with expert experience to satisfy the nonlinear requirement of the system. The experimental operation indicates that the control strategy proposed possesses excellent control effect for the burning process of rotary kiln.
