摘要
应用褶合光谱法的单组分定量分析功能系统 ,以 0 .1mol/ L 的氢氧化钠溶液为溶剂 ,不滤除辅料 ,直接测定奥沙普秦片的含量。平均回收率 10 0 .0 % ,RSD为 0 .0 7%。
The convolution spectrometric method was used to determine the content of oxaprozin tablets. 0.01 mol/L NaOH solution was used as the solvent without filtration of subsidiary materials. The average recovery was 100.0% with RSD of 0.07%.
