摘要
应用褶合光谱法的双组分定量分析功能,不经分离直接测定感冒通片中双氯酚酸钠和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。双氯芬酸钠的平均回收率为100.5％,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.16％;马采酸氯苯那敏的平均回收率为99.63％,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.57％。
By means of the function of the dicomponent quantitative analysis of the convolution spectrometry, the contents of diclofenac sodium and chlorphenamine maleate in the Canmaotong tablets were direcdy determined by convolution spectrometry without separation. The average recovery of diclofenac sodium is 100. 5% with RSD of 0. 16% while that of chlorphenamine maleate is 99. 63% with RSD of 0. 57% .
