摘要
本文采用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定头孢克洛颗粒剂含量．用ＯＤＳ－Ｃ１８柱，磷酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ４．５）：乙腈（９４∶６）为流动相，检测波长２６５ｎｍ，测得线性范围８０～２５０μｇ／ｍＬ（ｒ＝０．９９９８），平均回收率１００．０％，ＲＳＤ０．３８％，最小检出量６．１２×１０－１２ｇ２０．４ｍｇ１００ｍＬ×１１００×０．３１００进样１μＬ．
A Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the quantitative determination of the content of granulae cefaclainc,The operation was carried out in ODS C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of phosphated buffer and acetonitrile (94∶6).The detection was done at 265 nm.The standard curve was linear in the range of 80 to 250 μg/ml(r=0 9989).The average recovery was 99 99% and the RSD was 0 38%.The detection limit was 6 13×10 -6 μg.
