摘要
阿弗菌素链霉菌 SIPI-AV-990 81采用 UV和 NTG进行诱变处理 ,选育得到一高产菌株和几个典型的突变株。高产菌株 AV-h-3 60的阿弗菌素 B1 的生产能力较出发菌株提高了 3倍。 AV-m-4 86和 AV-m-796为阿弗菌素合成阻断突变株 。
A high yielding strain AV h 360 was obtained by UV irradiation and NTG treatment of SIPI AV 99081. Avermectin B 1 production of strain AV h 360 was 300% higher than that of the original strain. Both mutants AV m 481 and AV m 796 obtained were unable to produce natural avermectins.
