阿弗菌素链霉菌突变株AV-m-481发酵产物的研究

摘要 高产菌株 Streptomycesavermitilis AV- h- 16 9用亚硝基胍进行处理后得到了一不产阿弗菌素的突变株 AV- m-4 81,从该突变株的发酵产物中分离纯化出化合物 AV- L- 1和 AV- L- 2。质谱和核磁共振谱等测定表明它们分别为阿弗菌素 A1 a和 A2 a的糖苷配基。 Streptomyces avermitilis AV h 169 was treated with NTG to give a mutant AV m 481 which produced several compounds different from natural avermectins. Two compounds among them, AV L 1 and AV L 2 were elucidated to be the aglycones of avermectin A 1a and A 2a , respectively by 1HNMR, 13 CNMR and MS.
