摘要
经NTG和紫外光诱变,从天蓝淡红链霉菌正定变种SIPI 1482中获得了阻断突变株N-18和U-25,通过TLC和HPLC分析,证明这两突变株的主要产物均为ε—紫红霉酮,这表明它们都在生物合成途径的中间步骤被阻断。
Two blocked mutants were obtained after Streptomyces coeruleoru-
bidus var. zhengding SIPI 1482,a daunomycin producer, was treated with NTG or UV light. The products from both the blocked mutants were isolated and analized on TLC and HPLC. It was showed that the major product by both mutants was ε-rhodomyci-none which is a common intermediate in the pathways of daunomycin biosynthesis.These mutants may be useful for cloning genes for daunomycin biosynthesis.
