摘要
提出一种双柱循环色谱分离过程最优化方法。以分离产率作为目标函数 ,以回收率作为约束条件 ,应用参数灵敏度分析法比较各参数对分离产率影响的大小 ,选择灵敏度大的操作参数作为可优化参数 ,采用改进单纯形法对双柱循环色谱分离蔗糖还原糖过程进行了最优化计算。参数灵敏度分析结果表明 ,吸附剂填充高度和进料负荷具有较高的灵敏度 ,是影响分离产率的主要因素 ,被选为可优化参数。与平面搜索法比较 ,使用文中提出的优化方法不仅能获得与使用平面搜索法一致的结果 ,而且计算简便、收敛速度较快 。
A method for the optimization of alternant cycling separation of double column chromatography was proposed.Production rate and recovery of chromatography separating sugar and reducing sugar were respectively taken as objective function and subject condition. Sensitivity analysis of the parameters affecting efficiency of chromatographic separation was performed, and then using modified simplex algorithm optimized the process of the alternate cycling separation of the double column chromatography. It was found that the production rate of sucrose was more sensitive to the changes of the length of column and the amount injected than that of the other parameters, such as lumped mass transfer coefficient and velocity of fluid. Therefore, the length of column and the amount injected were chosen as the operation parameters to be optimized.The use of the modified simplex algorithm to optimize the separation process not only got the same optimum results as that obtained by means of plane scanning calculation, but also was remarkably time-saving in comparison with the plane scanning calculation.The method proposed is an effective and feasible one for the optimization of the alternate cycling separation of the double column chromatography.
