摘要
采用流动注射化学发光法测定了葡萄中痕量铬。实验选用改进单纯形(MSM)法优选的测定条件及Luminol-H2O2发光体系,对影响测定的主要因素进行了研究。实验证明该方法的主要优点是操作方便,灵敏度高,检出限低(CL=2.56×10(-9)g/mL),重现性好(R.S.D=3.21%),线性范围为10(-9)~10(-7)g/mL,具有实用价值。
The flow injection analysis chemiluminescence method is used to detect the trace chromium in grapes. The experiments select the modified simplex method (MSM) including the optimum conditions of detection and luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence system to study the effects of the main factors on the detection. The experimental results are proved that the principal advantages of this method are simple operating, high sensitivity, lower detection limit (CL= 2. 56 ×10(-9) g/mL), good reproducibility (R. S. D=3. 21 % ), linear range between 10(-9)g/mL and 10(-7)g/mL, and good practice etc.
