摘要
本文报导了一种制备高纯度果胶酶的方法,用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测得其分子量为32000,用等电聚焦电泳法测得其等电点为pH8.0~8.2,用圆二色谱测得此酶呈无规则卷曲构象。
The paper reports a method to prepare peptinase with high purity.The molecular weight of the peptinase is 32000 determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The isoelectric point of the enzyme is at pH8.0~8.2 measured by the method of electrofocusing. The CD spectrum showed that the peptinase is in the conformation of freedom coil.
