摘要
由地衣芽孢杆菌NK-27获得的β-甘露聚糖酶在40℃、酶液终浓度1u/ml时,经12h水解魔芋粉、角豆胶、瓜儿豆胶和田菁胶所生成的酶解产物,经薄层层析检测表明为单糖和低聚糖。在PYG和GAM液体培养基中,添加不同量的四种植物胶酶解产物对青春双歧杆菌(Bifidobacteriumadole-scentis)具有明显的促生长作用,菌体增殖数从10 ̄7提高到10 ̄8个/ml。
he β-mannanase-producing from Bacillus lichniformis hydrolysis Konjacpowder,Locust bean gum,Guar gum and Sesbania cannabina gum(under the condition:40℃,ultimate concentration of enzyme 1u/ml,hydrolysis time 12 hours)producted mono- di,tri and tetra-saccharides determined by thin-layer chromatogram.Add various weight enzyme hydrolysis-products of tetra-plant gum in the PYG and GAMliquid medium can dramatically increase the growth of Bifidobacterium adolescentis and thereproductive number of bacteria cell increases from 10 ̄7 to 10 ̄8 cell/ml.
