摘要
单宁酸属水解类单宁 ,是具有重要开发利用价值的天然产物。本文主要综述了单宁酸的自然资源、化学特性及其在日化、医学、食品、皮革等工业中的应用现状与进展。
Tannic acid,a typical vegetable tannin,is a very valuable natural product used for wild fields.The natural resources,chemical properties of tannic acid were summarized in this paper.The development and current situation of its application in cosmethcs,medicine,food,leather making and other industries were also described in detail.
