云芝菌丝体多糖的分离纯化研究 被引量:13

STUDY ON ISOLATION,PURIFICATION OF POLYSACCHARIDE FROM THE MYCHLIUM OF CORIOLUS VERSICOLOR

摘要 利用热水抽提从云芝菌丝体中提取胞内多糖 ,初步纯化后 ,用DEAE SepharoseCL 6B进行分离 ,从中分离出两个带电荷多糖组分即CVP Ⅰ和CVP Ⅱ ,对这两个组分分别用SepharoseCL 6B凝胶柱层析进行纯度鉴定 ,均出现单一峰 ,然后用紫外扫描发现这两个组分均出现蛋白多糖的特征吸收 。 The intracellular polysaccharide was extracted by hot water from the mycelium of coriolus versicolor. After primary purification,CVP Ⅰ and CVP Ⅱ were isolated and purified by DEAE Sepharose CL 6B.Their homogeneity were confirmed by chromatography on Sepharose CL 6B.By means of UV spectrum,it was determined that the polysaccharides belong to proteoglycan.
