摘要
大鼠和猴口服云芝糖肽(Fs-P)每天一次连续6个月。结果各剂量组对生长发育、血常规及血液生化、心电图均无明显影响,组织病理学检查未出现明显的异常。
The safety range of polysatcharopeptide, an antitumor agent, in
rats and monkeys was studied. Besides controls, there were,groups of mon-
key: 6g/kg/d, 3g/kg/d and 3 groups of rats: 12, 6, 3g/kg/d. The experimental
animals received the test compound (p.o.) for 180 consecutive days. on the
growth, development, ECG, hematology and blood biochemistry, no obvious effects
were observed, and histopathological examinations showed no significant changes.
