摘要
对微滤(MF)、超滤(UF)、纳滤(NF)、反渗透(RO)、电渗析(ED)和气体分离(GS)等几种膜分离技术及其在中药制剂、维生素C的制备、抗生素的提炼、多肽和氨基酸的分离等中药和生物制药领域中的应用进行了介绍,并对膜分离技术在中药和生物制药中的应用进行了展望.
This review focused on membrane separation technologies including micro filtration, ultra filtration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, electrodialysis and gas separation and the their recent developments in application of biological pharmaceuticals such as Chinese medicine preparation, vitamin C, antitics, polypeptides and amine acids. Additionally this review outlined the prospects of membrane separation technology and its application in biological pharmaceuticals.
