摘要
用超滤技术纯化Vc发酵液已在东北制药总厂 (简称东药 )年产万吨Vc生产线上应用 ,采用膜技术替代原工艺中的一次树脂交换和加热工序 ,具有速度快、节约能源、收率高等优点 .自控清洗程序和国产洗膜剂的应用保证了超滤膜有较长的使用寿命 .
One UF membrane filtration plant for purification/concentration of gulonate solution has operated vitamin C production line (annual production 10 000 tons) The resin exchange and heating process have been replaced by membrane technology It is faster, has reduced energy consumption,and has a higher yield than the previous process.A computer controlled cleaning in place (CIP) system using detergent made in China protects the membranes and increased its lifetime.
