摘要
实行社会主义市场经济,对以生产武器装备为主的军工企业产生了积极的影响.但总体而言,由于历史和现实的原因,目前军工行业与市场经济的要求还不够适应,给武器装备质量建设带来了困难.在分析现实存在问题的基础上提出了相应的对策措施.
Carrying out socialism market economy brings some active influences to military industry enterprise which mostly on the production of military product. But on the other hand, for some reasons of historic and realistic, the military trade does not fit for the requirement of market economy at present in the sum, and bought troubles to the quality building of weapons and equipment. Based on the analysis of the exist troubles, this article provide some corresponding countermeasures and steps.
