摘要
本文针对A军工企业研究所绩效考评存在的问题,有针对性地设计了研究所所长、办公室主任、设计师等三类不同人员的绩效考核表,并给出了各个评价指标的权重和评分标准以及评分范围,具有一定的科学性和借鉴性。
Considering the problems during performance appraisal of military enterprise A, the article designs different performance appraisal sheet for superintendent, administrator director and designer.
