摘要
对109个籼、粳、糯稻辐射矮杆突变体及其46个原种和对照进行赤霉素处理,表现为敏感与不敏感两种类型;有8个突变体经复测同雪河矮早一样均不敏感;有些非sd-1基因的突变体或矮秆品种对赤霉素亦反应敏感;同一矮杆基因在籼、粳不同类型品种中,对赤霉素反应不一样。从而说明:“具有sd-1基因的矮杆品种,其株高对赤霉素均反应敏感;而矮生基因与sd—1非等位的矮杆品种,其株高对赤霉素反应却不敏感”这一前人研究的论断值得商榷和进一步验证。
109 radiation dwarf mutants and their 46 original varieties and check varieties, including Indica, Japonica and glutinous rice, were treated by gibberellic acid (GAS).The results indicated that the meterials tested can be divided into two types according to sensitive or non-sensitive to GA3. Among of them, 8 mutants were not sensitive same as the check Xie-he-ai-zao. Some mutants of non-carrying sd- 1 gene or dwarf cultivers were sensitive to GA3. Some researchers before us had concluded that 'dwarf varieties of Indica, with non-carrying sd- 1 gene, were not sensitive to GA3' , but our experimental results did not support it. It seems to be unreliable that the method, depending on whether sensitive or not to GA3, can be used to decide whether carry sd- 1 gene or not in Indica rice.
