摘要
将5个籼粳两种类型的美国光壳稻RA73、Katy、Mars、Lagrue、Newnonnet和中国籼稻特青配成一组完全双列杂交,进行F1代结实率配合力分析.结果表明:机型光壳稻RA73的结实率一般配合力最高,与模型光壳稻Mars杂交的特殊配合力也最高,结实率达87.7%,有较好的亲和性。比前人报道的广亲和品种Newbonnet与粳稻Mars杂交的结实率(56.5%)极显著地提高。RA73可用于籼粳杂交广亲和育种中。LaGrue与粳稻Mars杂交的结实率62.3%,比Newbonnet与粳稻Mars杂交的结实率高。而籼型光壳稻Katy与模型光壳稻Mars杂交亲和性最差,仅为30.9%。籼稻特青与粳型光壳稻Mars杂交亲和性也较差,结实率为546%。讨论了RA73、Katy、Newbonnet的亲源关系,它们与粳稻杂交亲和性的变化。
The study was conducted to analyze the Compatibility through the GCA(general Combining Ability) effectsand the SCA(special combining ability) effects of the SFP(spike fertility percentage) in F1 hybrids of a complete diallel crosses among 6 varieties including 4 smooth indica rice RA73, Katy, LaGrue, Newnonnet, one smoothJaponica rice Mars of USA and one down Indica rice Teqing of PRC. The results showed that Indica smooth riceRA73 had highest GCA effect of SFP in F1 hybrids of crosses in which RA73 was crossed with other varieties.There was the highest SCA effect of SFP (87, 7N) in F1 hybrid from cross indica smooth rice RA73 / japonicasmooth rice Mars and its reciprocal. It was reported by foregoers that Newbonnet mating with Japonica rice hadhigher compatibility. The SCA effect of SFP from cross RA73 / and its reciprocal higher significantly at P0.01 level than that of SFP(56. 5%) in the F1 hybrid from cross Newbonnet mating Mars and its reciprocal. RA73 had highcompatibility to Japonica rice Mars and could be used in the breeding program of the wide compatibility crossingwith Japonica rice in the future. The SFP(at 62. 3%) in F1 hybride from cross LaGrue /Mars and its reciprocalwas higher than that from cross Newbonnet/ Mars and its reciprocal. The lowest SFP in F1 hybrid from crossKaty/Mars and its reciprocal was 30. 9%. It was 54. 6% to the SFP of F1 hybride from cross Teqing/Mars and itsreciptocal. Although there was a same parent Bonnet 73 to RA73,Katy and Mars, but the compatibility of RA73,Katy or Newbonnet mating with Mars was different,
