摘要
文章分析了成都市高科技产业发展的特点,指出目前制约成都高科技产业发展的主要问题,并在此基础上,提出转变政府职能,加大资金投入,提高创新能力,根据比较优势发展具有一定基础的中药现代化加工、电子信息产业为主的高技术产业,同时利用高技术推动传统工业的改造,以柔性生产推动军工改造的政策建议,为成都高科技产业发展提供了决策参考。
It is a key stratagem for Chengdu to promote high-tech industry in 21-century. The paper first sum up the characteristic of high-tech industry in Chengdu, point out the primary question that obstacle high-tech industry, and analyze effect that China join in WTO for Chengdu's high-tech industry. On the basis of the above analysis, major strategies are put forward, such as to change governmental function, to increase investment for high-tech industry, to improve innovation ability, to develop electronic and informational industry and Chinese traditional medicine industry on basis comparative advantage, to improve traditional industry by information technology, ect.
