摘要
在研究我国软件产业发展现状与存在问题的基础上 ,分析了加入WTO对我国软件产业带来的机遇与挑战 ,并从宏观和微观两方面提出了相应的对策与建议。
On the basis of studying the situation and problems of Chinese software industry, this article analyzes the chances and challenges of entering the WTO, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from both macro-aspect and micro-aspect.
