摘要
运用可持续发展的系统观 ,研究了全面质量管理和质量管理体系ISO90 0 0 ,并提出了以再造工程和生态质量管理的新模式 。
The total quality management and ISO9000 were studied by the use of the systematic view of sustainable development. Then the new patterns of reengineering and ecological quality management were put forward. This perfects and develeps the pattern of quality management further.
