摘要
激烈的竞争环境给企业提出了改革的要求，而单个过程或局部功能的改造只能带来有限的收益，于是一种以先进信息技术为支持、以优化企业策略为主要措施的再造工程技术应运而生。对于实施再造工程的每一分阶段——目标设定、设想创建、措施设计及付诸实施——都必须从系统观点出发加以深刻理解，并运用系统方法进行组织管理方可达到实施的有效性。作为一项符合我国基本国情国策的先进技术，再造工程在我国企业中已具备实施的可能性与必要性。
The intense competition environment demands companies to innovation.To improve a single process or local function can only bring limited gains. So a new reengineering technology has been brought forward,which is supported by advanced information technology and focuses on the development of optimal business strategies.For each stage of reengineering methodology -goals orientation, vision creating, design and implementation,it is necessary to deeply understand from the viewpoint of system and to organize and manage by system means.Then the realization of reengineering could be efficient. Since reengineering is an advanced technology that is consistent with the situation and basic policy of our own country,it is possible and necessary to carry out reengineering in our national companies, and the application prospect is wide and promising.
