摘要 系统论述了基于全面质量管理(TQM)理论的质量观,提出‘硬质量’和‘软质量’的概念,并建立了质量管理的层次结构模型。该质量管理模型由6个层次组成,将产品质量控制和质量管理统一起来。针对模型中各层次的主要内容和支撑技术以及各个质量管理层次之间的相互关系进行了讨论分析,并重点针对产品规划过程中的质量控制和质量保证问题,分析研究了质量功能配置(QFD)方法和Taguchi质量设计方法的基本原理和工程意义。 This paper presents a kind of hierarchical model for quality management that can provide theoretical and practical guidance for quality improvement. The concept of quality and the rules of quality management are analyzed systematically according to the theory of total quality management (TQM). Two new concepts of ‘hard quality’ and ‘soft quality’ are proposed and explained clearly. Then, a novel hierarchical model for quality management that consists of six quality management layers is set forth. In this hierarchical model, the processes of the product quality control & assurance and the processes of the quality management are combined and integrated. The main contents and important supporting techniques for each quality management layer and the correlation among these six layers are analyzed and clarified. Finally, focus on the quality control & assurance in the product development, the quality improvement principles and engineering application significance of the quality function deployment (QFD) and Taguchi quality design method are discussed in detail.
