摘要
笔者根据近年来的实践经验 ,论述了馆长在新馆建设中应该如何摆正自己的位置、扮演好自己的角色、处理好各种关系 ,在新馆建设立项、建筑设计任务书的编写、建筑图纸的审核、建筑用材的选择、建筑质量的监督、新馆验收和新馆设备的采购等环节发挥应有的作用 ,为建设一座高质量的、符合中国国情的现代化高校图书馆作出应有的贡献。
In recent years' work of practice, the writer deeply feels that a curator should be clearly aware of his position in building a library so as to play a one's well role and compromise among all possible relationships. Then he is able to play his role in drawing guidelines for a new library, working out the task booklet of construction design, examining and verifying the working drawing and in choosing building materials, supervising the construction quality, checking the new library before acceptance and in purchasing the constructing facilities. Only in this way can he contribute to constructing a modernized university library with high quality, which is in according with the national conditions.[
