介绍了基于知识管理的图书馆设计与建造，探讨了基于知识管理的业务流程和组织架构，设计了基于知识管理的文献资源组织与管理模式，提出了基于知识管理的图书馆人力资源管理策略。
This paper introduces the library design and construction based on the knowledge management, discusses the library operation flow and organization infrastructurs, projects the literature resources organization and management modes based on the knowledge management, and brings up some tactics for library human resources management based on knowledge management.
